About Gulf Bridge Law
Gulf Bridge Law PLLC is a Texas-based business law firm representing entrepreneurs, investors, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals in business transactions, real estate matters, commercial disputes, and wealth structuring matters.
The firm combines practical business judgment with sophisticated legal analysis, with experience spanning both U.S. and international legal environments.
From the Founder
Gulf Bridge Law was founded to provide practical and business-focused legal counsel to business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families navigating important commercial, real estate, and long-term planning matters.
Many of the clients I work with are not looking for legal advice in isolation. They are making business decisions, managing risk, negotiating transactions, resolving conflicts, protecting assets, or planning for the next stage of ownership. My role is to help clients understand the legal issues clearly, evaluate the practical options, and move forward with a structure that supports their business and long-term objectives.
My practice focuses on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, commercial disputes, and estate and wealth structuring. I regularly assist clients with entity formation and restructuring, ownership arrangements, commercial contracts, business acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate ownership structures, pre-litigation strategy, settlement arrangements, trusts, and succession planning.
One important part of my approach is the connection between transactions and disputes. A well-structured agreement should not only close the deal, but also reduce future conflict. At the same time, when a dispute arises, understanding the underlying business relationship and transaction structure often helps identify a more practical path toward resolution. This perspective allows me to advise clients not only on what the documents say, but also on how the legal structure will operate in real business situations.
Before founding Gulf Bridge Law, I practiced with several law firms in the United States, where my work included corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, employment-related matters, estate planning, and commercial litigation. Earlier in my career, I worked with a leading law firm in China. I have provided legal services in the United States since 2013 and am admitted to practice in Texas and New York. I also hold China’s Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
With legal experience in both the United States and China, I bring a practical cross-border perspective to clients involved in U.S.-China business, international investment, and closely held business matters. Whether the issue involves a transaction, a dispute, a real estate asset, or long-term family and business planning, my goal is to provide clear judgment, careful documentation, and practical legal support.
If you are considering a business transaction, addressing an ownership or contract issue, evaluating a real estate matter, or planning for long-term business and family assets, I would be glad to discuss how Gulf Bridge Law may assist.
